Payments :
For payments, I only do bank transfers because I don't have a fitting schedule to do meetups. However, this really depends due to things such as extra time during the school holidays and so on. (In that case, please indicate under special requests in the Order form.) I use an OCBC bank account and more details such as my account number and contact will be disclosed after order is confirmed.
If you use a bank card, you can only transfer me whole cash. ($10, $50, etc.) I will transfer you back your change, or you can order more to get a whole sum. :)
What if I don't have a bank account? Meetups seem to be my only choice.
You can still pay using transfer without a card! :) This is called cash deposit. However, it requires you to queue up at any OCBC branch. When you reach the counter, ask for a cash deposit and write down my account number, name and amount to transfer. Then, hand over the money to the counter. $2, $5 notes and coins are all accepted in a cash deposit, unlike bank transfer via machines.
ALWAYS update me by email or sms about your reference number (for card users) or time of transfer (for cash deposit) after you have done so. For better organisation, I don't go for concealed cash.
Collections :
I always send out packages on Monday.
Mail takes ~4 WORKING days to deliver excluding public holidays. So please do not get worried about not receiving your items as soon as you think!
